The Technology Park is located at Skoppum, close to the railway station and the E18 motorway – the transport hub of Vestfold. From here, it is less than one hour’s travel time to Oslo, approximately 20 minutes to Torp Sandefjord Airport, and 10 minutes to Horten and ferry connections to Moss. The railway station and bus stop are both within walking distance. Double track InterCity rail connections are expected to be in place in 2024.

Langmyra 11 was built in 2 phases; the first was completed in 2009, and the final stage, approximately 1950 m2, in 2017. Sleek and modern architecture with a practical layout gives high area efficiency. Good and up-to-date technical solutions ensure a climate-friendly working environment. The building consists mainly of offices, but there is also some production, with a laboratory, and some space for warehousing and logistics.
Langmyra 9 was constructed in 1985, and the interior later rehabilitated and upgraded with a ventilation system, new floor covering and toilets. The building houses a combination of offices and production spaces, and also some warehouse space.

A number of solid technology and innovation companies are well established at the Technology Park. The two largest are MEMSCAP®, who develop innovative products and solutions based on Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems, and Stevid Elektro, who deliver technical solutions to the maritime, offshore, industrial and construction sectors.
