Grenland Logistics Park is situated next to Herøya Industrial Park, Norway’s largest process industries milieu, and Porsgrunn Business Park. The business areas are experiencing rapid expansion and new construction; amongst others, the much-talked-about Powerhouse Telemark on the neighbouring site in 2020. Grenland Logistics Park is situated on the east side of the mouth of the river which flows into Frierfjord, by the roundabout south of Kulltangbrua. It is a short distance to Porsgrunn town centre and there is easy access to the E18 motorway.
